1. What is your cancellation policy?

Non-Refundable Rate

This rate offers the best price.

  • Payment is taken at the time of booking.

  • No changes or cancellations are allowed.

Fully Refundable Rate

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

  • If cancelled within 7 days, the full amount is charged.

2. How does self check-in work?

We operate with secure self check-in for your convenience.

  • One day before arrival (or on the same day), you will receive:
    ✓ Your personal door access codes
    ✓ Check-in instructions
    ✓ Directions to the building

  • No reception is required — you can arrive at any time after check-in begins.

This gives full flexibility, especially for late-night flights.

3. When will I receive my access codes?

Your access codes are sent the evening before your arrival.
If you book last-minute, they may be sent on the same day, as soon as your room is ready.

4. What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in: From 15:00

  • Check-out: Until 11:00

Early check-in is subject to availability and costs 20€


Late check-out is subject to availability.

5. Do you offer luggage storage?

We offer luggage storage on request.

6. Is breakfast included?

We do not offer breakfast, but you are surrounded by cafés, bakeries, and traditional spots within a 1-minute walk.
A coffee/tea station is available in the main kitchen.

7. How far are you from the Metro?

We are 1 minute from Monastiraki Metro Station (direct line from Airport & Port).
It is the most convenient location in Athens.

8. Do all rooms have private bathrooms?

Yes — each room has a private bathroom with shower and amenities.

9. Are the views guaranteed?

  • The Acropolis View Room has a direct Acropolis view + terrace.

  • Wonder Suite offers city or partial Acropolis views.

  • Double with Balcony and Superior Double have a street/city view.

10. Is the building accessible by car or taxi?

Ifestou Street is pedestrian only.
Taxis/Uber can drop you off 1 minute away at Monastiraki Square.

11. Is there staff available if I need anything?

Yes — we are available by phone, WhatsApp or email throughout your stay.
